Chef Ann’s career started in the stately homes of England in the 1970’s. After moving to the West Coast of Canada, Ann continued working with her love of food and passion for entertaining by starting and running the successful Sophisticated Caterers. Cordon Bleu and CIA trained, Ann has developed her skills in the kitchen to the highest level while her innovation can turn any simple party into a memorable affair for all.
